Introduction Depression is second only to cardiovascular disease as a cause of disability and affects 3 5% the general population. The therapist always tries guarantee total remission symptoms depression, but partial remains frequent. Objectives Evaluating quality in group patients followed for major depressive disorder at Arrazi Hospital Salé. Methods Cross-sectional study adult up consultation according DSM-V criteria having been under treatment least 2 months. Information was collected using hetero questionnaire containing information on sociodemographic data episode. assessed Hamilton Rating Scale Depression. Results We recruited 70 months evolution. scale revealed that 40% were remission. Conclusions Residual can be relapse disorder, hence interest seeking both symptomatic complete functional remission, this by evaluation continuous management patients.
